Our ISMETA-accredited 250-hour Expressive Movement Facilitation (EMF) program and shorter courses integrate Laban/Bartenieff Movement Studies, neurodevelopmental movement, and other somatic traditions. We support people of all ages in cultivating embodiment, creativity, and connection—through live and self-paced programs, educational resources like The Moving Child films, and a vibrant community of skilled facilitators.
